We Are Looking

For the IT Brand Reputation Specialist, who will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing one of our brand’s reputation online. You will be responsible for monitoring our ratings on various review sites, engaging with customers, and implementing strategies to maintain and improve our online image. Additionally, you will handle daily IT tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our digital platforms.

Get Ready To

Monitor and manage the company’s online presence and reputation.
Track and analyze customer reviews on various platforms.
Respond to customer reviews, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to address customer concerns and feedback.
Implement strategies to improve and maintain positive online reviews and ratings.
Build relationships with review site representatives and influencers in the industry.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging issues that may impact the company’s reputation.
Perform daily IT tasks to ensure the smooth operation of digital platforms.

We Expect You To

Have previous proven experience in online reputation management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of IT systems and digital platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
Familiarity with various review sites and online monitoring tools.
Be open-minded, curious, and creative.

Salary

Gross salary range is 1700-2300 EUR/month.

We have an amazing office in the heart of Antakalnis, Vilnius, overlooking the Sapiegos Park, which offers spectacular views in every season.
