We are looking

A creative and detail-oriented Video & Ads Designer to join our marketing team. You’ll focus on crafting eye-catching ads, both static and video, that capture attention and drive results. Your skills in editing, visual storytelling, and understanding of digital marketing trends will help our brands stand out online and engage audiences effectively.

Get ready to

Design multimedia content for social media and advertising campaigns.
Create short, high-converting videos for ads.
Make static and video ads that grab attention and drive results.
Take full ownership of the design process, from idea to finished creative.
Keep brand visuals consistent across all digital and offline touchpoints.
Experiment with different formats, concepts, and angles to see what performs best.

We expect you to

Video ads: Have hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere. Knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
Static ads: Have experience with Adobe Photoshop or Figma.
Be comfortable working with all sorts of visual material, from idea to finished piece.
A curious, quick-thinking, and creative mindset.
A strong focus on results and performance.
Not be afraid to try, fail, and improve quickly.
Have common sense & good English skills.

Salary

Gross salary range is 1900-2900 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

We have an amazing office in the heart of Antakalnis, Vilnius, overlooking the Sapiegos Park, which offers spectacular views in every season.
