Get ready to:

  • Create short-form video and UGC-style content that feels native to social platforms.
  • Turn scripts, ideas, or rough footage into compelling video content.
  • Add graphics, text overlays, animations, and sound effects.
  • Ensure visual consistency across various brands while staying creative with styles and formats
  • Move fast, test often, and iterate based on performance insights
  • Contribute ideas for new formats and campaign concepts.


We expect you to:

  • Understand what makes content convert.
  • Be skilled in video editing tools: Premiere Pro, Adobe package, Figma.
  • Be comfortable editing UGC-style videos, motion graphics, or animation snippets.
  • Embrace feedback, experiment with new formats, and stay up to date with creative trends.
  • Be open to using AI tools as part of your workflow.
  • Manage your time and projects independently, with a proactive, organized approach.
  • Communicate clearly in English and Lithuanian.

Salary

Gross salary range is 1500-2600 EUR/month.

*Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
