We’re looking for someone who loves meeting new people. You’ll spend your days chatting with candidates, keeping things running smoothly, and making hiring simple and human.

Get Ready To

  • Handle recruitment cycle, posting jobs, chatting with candidates, coordinating interviews, and supporting offers.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for current and future roles.
  • Keep candidates updated and make sure they have a smooth experience.
  • Keep our ATS up to date and help improve our recruitment process.
  • Help with small HR projects and employer branding when needed.
  • Ask for help when you need it, and feel confident making decisions when it’s on you.

We Expect You To

  • Have some experience in recruitment or sourcing (even 1–2 years is enough).
  • Enjoy working with people and feel comfortable starting conversations.
  • Like being part of a team, but also be happy working independently.
  • Be proactive, organized, hands-on, and able to handle a few things at once.
  • Be eager to learn, try new tools, and experiment with creative ways to find talent.
  • Be fluent in English and Lithuanian (both written and spoken).

Salary

Gross salary range is 2200–3500 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

We have an amazing office in the heart of Antakalnis, Vilnius, overlooking the Sapiegos Park, which offers spectacular views in every season.
