We are looking for

A Senior Video & Ads Designer to take ownership of high-performing creative across our brands.

You’ll lead the development of attention-grabbing static and video ads, transforming marketing insights into compelling visual concepts that engage audiences and drive measurable results. With a strong understanding of visual storytelling, performance marketing, and digital trends, you’ll help shape our creative direction and continuously raise the quality of our advertising.

Get ready to

Develop short-form, high-converting video ads tailored to different platforms and audiences.
Turn marketing goals and performance insights into strong creative concepts.
Own the entire creative process, from ideation and storyboarding to production and final delivery.
Ensure a consistent and high-quality visual identity across digital and offline touchpoints.
Test new formats, concepts, hooks, and creative angles to identify what performs best.
Analyze creative performance and use the findings to improve future campaigns.
Collaborate closely with marketing and other stakeholders to deliver effective, on-brand creative.
Set a high standard for design quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.

We expect you to

Have strong hands-on experience creating and editing video ads in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Be highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or similar design tools.
Be comfortable working with a wide range of visual assets and taking projects from an initial idea to a polished final creative.
Understand performance marketing principles and what makes creative content convert.
Balance creative thinking with a strong focus on business goals and measurable results.
Be curious, proactive, resourceful, and quick to adapt.
Be comfortable experimenting, learning from unsuccessful concepts, and iterating quickly.
Have strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a good command of English.

Salary

Gross salary range is 2800-3200 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
