We Expect You To

Have experience in graphic design, specifically for web and mobile platforms and apps.
Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Premiere Pro or After Effects is a bonus.
Strong understanding of effective typography, composition, color science, and current design trends.
Ability to communicate and articulate design decisions effectively.
Have good logical thinking, analyzing and problem-solving skills; ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing to inform design decisions.
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing.
Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
Be fluent in English and Lithuanian.

Salary

Gross salary range is 3000-5500 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
