We Are Looking

A skilled and detail-focused Senior Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll create engaging static and video advertising content designed to capture attention and deliver strong results. Your design expertise, visual storytelling skills, and understanding of digital marketing trends will help our brands stand out and connect with audiences across different channels.

Get Ready To

Create visual content for social media and paid advertising campaigns.
Produce short-form video ads designed to engage viewers and drive conversions.
Develop high-quality static and video creatives with a strong focus on campaign performance.
Take full ownership of the design process, from the initial concept to the final deliverable.
Translate marketing objectives and creative briefs into effective visual solutions.
Maintain a consistent and polished brand look across digital and offline materials.
Test different creative formats, ideas, messaging angles, and visual approaches to identify what performs best.
Use performance insights and feedback to refine and improve creative work.

We Expect You To

Video ads: Have strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere. Familiarity with Adobe After Effects is considered an advantage.
Static ads: Have advanced experience with Adobe Photoshop or Figma.
Be confident working with different types of visual content and developing creatives from concept through to completion.
Be able to work independently and make well-informed creative decisions.
Demonstrate strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and a high standard of execution.
Bring a curious, resourceful, and creative approach to your work.
Be results-oriented and understand the importance of creative performance.
Be open to experimentation, learn from underperforming ideas, and iterate quickly.
Possess good communication skills and a strong command of English and Lithuanian skills.

Salary

Gross salary range is 2800-3200 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
