We Are Looking

We’re looking for Senior Google Expert to work with various Fleming brands, overseeing campaigns from start to finish, on the Google Ads platform. We need someone proficient with Google’s different ad formats, Ad policies, as well as having an advanced understanding of audiences, tracking and attribution models.

Get Ready To

Develop, implement, and manage advanced Google Ads campaigns for Fleming products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and budget considerations.
Conduct thorough keyword research, ad grouping, and audience targeting to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using GA4 and attribution tools, making data-driven adjustments for continual improvement.
Collaborate with content and design teams to find the best-performing creatives and copy.
Stay ahead of the latest Google Ads features and advertising trends
Regularly report campaign results and insights to senior management, providing strategic recommendations for further optimization.

We Expect You To

Have strong experience in managing Google Ads campaigns, with a proven track record of driving growth and ROI.
Have extensive knowledge of Google Ads, GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Exhibit excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of collaborating with various departments.
Be up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Be fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Have strong ownership of Google Ads account strong decision-making skills.
Be able to effectively collaborate in a team setting as well as work independently.
Display a consistent eagerness to learn and grow on a daily basis.
Have the ability to go beyond platform numbers and understand bigger business goals.
Have strong performance-oriented mindset.

Salary

Gross salary range is 4500-7000 EUR/month.
