Senior Financial Analyst

We are looking:

We’re looking for a sharp, experienced Senior Financial Analyst with hands-on experience in subscription business models, ideally marketing-driven subscription funnels. This role requires an analytical mindset, strong BI capabilities. We need someone who understands subscription revenue dynamics, CAC/LTV, churn, and retention.

Get ready to:

• Own financial analysis for subscription-based products, focusing on revenue, churn, retention, cohorts, and performance metrics.
• Build and optimize dashboards in Looker Studio, and similar BI tools.
• Assist in budget creation and ongoing budget performance tracking.
• Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and KPIs across marketing, product, and operations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management.
• Develop forecasting and financial modeling with data analysts and the CFO.
• Reconcile data across accounting, BI, marketing, and subscription systems.
• Conduct cost analysis and profitability tracking across brands, funnels, and customer segments.
• Support cross-functional teams by providing clear, data-driven financial insights.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis in a fast-paced environment.

We expect you to:

• Have proven subscription business experience (mandatory).
• Be confident using Looker Studio and similar BI platforms.
• Understand performance marketing funnels and metrics (nice to have).
• Be highly proficient in Excel/Sheets (pivots, formulas, charts).
• Have experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Bring strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Communicate clearly in English and Lithuanian.
• Be proactive, organized, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
• Bring a positive can do and collaborative attitude to the team.

Salary

Gross salary range is 3500 – 4500 EUR/month.

*Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
