Senior Financial Analyst

We are looking:

We’re looking for a sharp, experienced Senior Financial Analyst with hands on experience in subscription business models, ideally familiar with marketing-driven subscription funnels. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable business insights. We need someone who understands subscription revenue dynamics, CAC/LTV, churn, retention, and can proactively explore trends, challenge assumptions, and provide recommendations that drive better business decisions.

Get ready to:

Own financial analysis for subscription-based products, focusing on revenue, churn, retention, cohorts, and performance metrics.
Translate raw data into actionable business insights in collaboration with the data team.
Analyze financial data and identify trends, variances, and KPIs across marketing, product, and operations.
Develop forecasting and financial modeling with data analysts and the CFO.
Prepare clear and insightful reports for management to drive better business outcomes.
Reconcile data across accounting, BI, marketing, and subscription systems.
Conduct cost analysis and profitability tracking across brands, funnels, and customer segments.
Support cross-functional teams by providing clear, data-driven financial insights.
Perform ad-hoc analysis in a fast-paced environment.

We expect you to:

Have proven subscription business experience (mandatory).
Be able to translate raw data into actionable business insights, collaborating with data analysts to answer key business questions.
Take initiative to explore data from different angles, challenge assumptions, and propose analyses that drive better business decisions.
Understand performance marketing funnels and metrics (nice to have).
Be highly proficient in Excel/Sheets (pivots, formulas, charts).
Have experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting.
Bring strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Communicate clearly in English and Lithuanian.
Be proactive, organized, and comfortable handling multiple priorities.
Bring a positive can do and collaborative attitude to the team.

Salary

Gross salary range is 3500 – 4500 EUR/month.

*Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
