We are looking for a Senior Email Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on crafting compelling, high-converting, and data-driven email campaigns at scale. In this role, you’ll take ownership of email marketing initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies, optimize performance, and drive measurable business growth.

Get ready to

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of impactful email marketing campaigns.
• Develop high-performing email copy and messaging strategies aligned with business goals and customer journeys.
• Own automated and manual campaign setup, testing, and optimization within Klaviyo or similar platforms.
• Design and execute A/B testing strategies for messaging, subject lines, segmentation, timing, and CTAs to maximize performance.
• Analyze campaign metrics, generate actionable insights, and continuously optimize engagement, retention, and conversions.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, product, and analytics teams to drive cohesive lifecycle marketing strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency, strong storytelling, and a high-quality customer experience across all email communications.
• Stay up to date with email marketing trends, deliverability best practices, and emerging CRM strategies.

We expect you to

• Have 4+ years of experience in email marketing, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or copywriting.
• Possess a strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, automation, and customer lifecycle management.
• Have hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms, including advanced automation flows, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization.
• Be highly skilled in writing persuasive, engaging, and conversion-driven content.
• Be confident in interpreting performance data and translating insights into actionable improvements.
• Have a proactive, ownership-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Be comfortable managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Have an analytical and results-oriented approach with a strong focus on growth and performance.

Salary

Gross salary range is 3500-4500 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

We have an amazing office in the heart of Antakalnis, Vilnius, overlooking the Sapiegos Park, which offers spectacular views in every season.
