We Are Looking

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Senior DevOps Engineer to join our startup as our first DevOps hire. You'll play a critical role in driving the continuous evolution and scaling of our dedicated cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, reliability, and high performance as we grow.

Get Ready To

Define, optimize, and expand the company’s DevOps strategy and roadmap.
Maintain, scale, and secure our AWS-focused cloud infrastructure.
Refine CI/CD pipelines and standardize deployment workflows across teams.
Enhance and maintain robust monitoring and observability systems.
Establish and enforce security, cost-optimization, and operational best practices.
Mentor developers and future DevOps engineers as the team grows.
Own incident response processes and ensure production stability.

We Expect You To

Be fully autonomous in leading DevOps initiatives from strategy to execution.
Have deep hands-on experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform/OpenTofu.
Understand and implement security best practices across cloud and CI/CD systems.
Have a track record of scaling and maintaining production systems in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
Be capable of mentoring junior engineers and standardizing practices.
Be fluent in both English and Lithuanian.

Our Tech Stack (Current & Future)

Version Control & CI/CD: GitLab (self-managed), standardized pipelines, cloud-native buildpacks; plans to add Argo CD/Argo Rollouts.
Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (EKS, RDS, S3, SQS, ElastiCache, OpenSearch), Cloudflare.
Infrastructure as Code: OpenTofu (Terraform).
Monitoring & Logging: DataDog, AWS CloudWatch.
Containers & Orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker.

Salary

Gross salary range is 5000 - 7500 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

We have an amazing office in the heart of Antakalnis, Vilnius, overlooking the Sapiegos Park, which offers spectacular views in every season.
