You’ll develop and maintain mobile apps using React Native (Expo, TypeScript), collaborate with UI/UX teams to create seamless interfaces, and ensure optimal performance across Android and iOS. - Take ownership of our mobile app built with React Native (Expo, TypeScript).
- Build, improve, and refactor with long-term scalability and performance in mind.
- Work closely with UI/UX to turn ideas into smooth, intuitive user experiences.
- Make technical decisions that keep the app fast, stable, and easy to maintain on both Android and iOS.
- Set up and maintain releases, CI/CD, and app store deployments without drama.
- Monitor performance, tracking, and crashes - and fix things before users notice.
- Bring ideas, challenge solutions, and help us build better, smarter, cleaner.
We Expect You To
- Have strong hands-on experience in mobile development (ideally 4–5+ years), including solid React Native experience.
- Feel comfortable owning a mobile app and making technical decisions independently.
- Understand mobile architecture, performance optimization, and app lifecycle deeply.
- Have worked with backend-as-a-service tools (Firebase, Supabase, or similar).
- Be confident with CI/CD pipelines and publishing apps to the App Store and Google Play.
- Have experience with analytics, tracking, crash reporting, and monitoring tools.
- Be pragmatic, solution-oriented, and not afraid to dive into messy problems.
- Be fluent in English and Lithuanian.
Salary
Gross salary range is 4500–6000 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

We have an amazing office in the heart of Antakalnis, Vilnius, overlooking the Sapiegos Park, which offers spectacular views in every season.
