Project Manager

We Are Looking

As our Project Manager, you'll help coordinate localization projects across products. This isn't a role where you'll simply move tasks between people. You'll drive execution, solve bottlenecks, and make sure teams stay aligned as we continue to scale internationally.

Get Ready To

  • Support localization projects from planning through launch.
  • Coordinate tasks across different teams and help keep projects on track.
  • Help organize translation workflows, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Use AI tools to improve speed, quality, and efficiency.
  • Learn how global products and marketing campaigns are launched across multiple markets.

We Expect You To

  • Be organized and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
  • Take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments.
  • Be proactive when solving problems and finding answers.
  • Be comfortable working with spreadsheets, project management tools, and new technologies.
  • Have a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-moving environment.
  • Be fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.

Salary

Gross salary range is 1500–2500 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

We have an amazing office in the heart of Antakalnis, Vilnius, overlooking the Sapiegos Park, which offers spectacular views in every season.
