PHP Developer (Senior)

We Are Looking

As a Senior PHP Developer at Fleming, you will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable, high-performance platforms. You’ll join a cross-functional team of talented professionals, contributing not only through clean, efficient code but also by mentoring others, influencing architecture decisions, and shaping best practices across the engineering organization.

Get Ready To

  • Design and develop scalable back-end systems and APIs using PHP Laravel framework.
  • Lead the development of new features and architectural improvements.
  • Write efficient, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Collaborate closely with front-end engineers, designers, and data scientists.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, sharing best practices and code review feedback.
  • Contribute to improving development workflows, automation, and deployment processes.

We Expect You To

  • Have 5+ years of experience working professionally with PHP (Laravel or Symfony).
  • Have strong experience with relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL).
  • Have experience writing unit and integration tests.
  • Possess a deep understanding of OOP principles, SOLID, and design patterns.
  • Be comfortable with RESTful API design and development.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both technically and collaboratively.
  • Have strong English and Lithuanian language skills.

Salary

Gross salary range is 5000 - 7000 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
