We are looking for Junior Social Media Manager, who will play a crucial role in managing and enhancing one of our brand’s reputation online. You will be responsible for monitoring our social media pages and ratings on various review sites, engaging with customers, and implementing strategies to maintain and improve our online image.
· Monitor and manage the company’s online presence and reputation.
· Represent our brands and work with social media pages like Trustpilot, Quora, Google Reviews, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
· Track and analyze customer reviews on various platforms.
· Respond to customer reviews, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
· Develop and implement strategies to respond to both positive and negative feedback online, improve and maintain positive online reviews and ratings.
· Control the quality of team replies and strive for improvements.
· Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to address customer concerns and feedback.
· Build relationships with review site representatives and influencers in the industry.
· Stay updated on industry trends and emerging issues that may impact the company’s reputation.
· Have knowledge in online reputation or community management or a similar role.
· Strong understanding of social media and digital platforms, current trends.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Have creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative reputation or community management strategies.
· Familiarity with various review sites and online monitoring tools.
· Be open-minded, curious, and creative.
· Be able to multitask.
· Have common sense & good English skills.
Gross salary range is 1500-2700 EUR/month.
