We Are Looking

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Junior Performance Creative to join our marketing team. In this role, you’ll contribute to the development of engaging advertising creatives that help drive campaign performance and support products that positively impact people’s lives.

This position is perfect for someone who is eager to grow in digital marketing, enjoys social media trends, and wants to gain hands-on experience in performance-driven creative production.

Get Ready To

Assist in developing creative concepts for paid social media campaigns.
Prepare briefs for designers, video editors, animators, and other creative contributors.
Help write ad scripts and creative ideas for video content and UGC-style ads.
Work closely with project managers, designers, and performance marketing specialists.
Contribute to visual brand execution across advertising channels.
Support video production and content shooting processes.
Analyze ad performance results and identify opportunities for improvement.
Research competitors’ advertising and explore current market trends.
Gather insights about target audiences and consumer behavior.
Write engaging copy for headlines, CTAs, and short-form advertising content.

We Expect You To

Have a strong interest in digital marketing, social media advertising, and creative strategy.
Be eager to learn how performance-driven creatives work and what makes ads successful.
Bring fresh ideas, curiosity, and enthusiasm for testing new creative approaches.
Have strong communication and storytelling skills.
Be organized, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Be fluent in both English and Lithuanian.

Salary

Gross salary range is 1500 – 2300 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

We have an amazing office in the heart of Antakalnis, Vilnius, overlooking the Sapiegos Park, which offers spectacular views in every season.
