We Are Looking

We are looking for a motivated Junior Media Buyer (Meta) to join our dynamic team. This is an entry-level role designed for someone eager to dive into the world of paid social advertising. You’ll work closely with experienced media buyers, supporting the execution of Meta campaigns across multiple D2C brands while developing your skills in performance marketing, audience targeting, and data analysis.

Get Ready To

Assist in setting up, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns.
Support testing and learning strategies to help improve campaign performance.
Collaborate with media buyers and performance creatives—both in-house and external.
Analyze campaign data and help create performance reports.
Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to support campaign planning.
Learn about tracking tools, attribution models, and how to troubleshoot pixel and event issues.
Gradually take more responsibility and grow into a fully independent media buyer role.
Work primarily with brands in the D2C market.

We Expect You To

Have some hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (through coursework, internships, freelance, or personal projects).
Be eager to grow in paid social advertising and willing to learn fast.
Ideally have some exposure to tools like Google Tag Manager or Meta Pixel.
Be comfortable working with data and using it to inform decisions.
Pay attention to detail and manage time effectively.
Be open to feedback, proactive, and curious about what drives performance.
Be fluent in English and Lithuanian.

Salary

Gross salary range is 1900–2500 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
