Get Ready To

Gain an in-depth understanding of customer behavior, market dynamics, and player needs to guide strategic decision-making.
Design and implement data-driven growth strategies that enhance user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Track, analyze, and optimize key performance metrics to validate initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to launch high-impact growth campaigns.
Use market research and user analytics to refine products and boost conversion rates.
Create reports and actionable insights for leadership, helping shape the direction of future strategies.

We Expect You To

Have proven experience in a Growth Marketing or Growth Manager role, preferably within a startup or tech environment.
Have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to leverage data to optimize growth initiatives.
Have excellent communication skills, able to engage both gaming enthusiasts and professional traders.
Be a proactive, solution-oriented problem-solver, with a hands-on attitude toward improving processes and achieving goals.
Manage multiple projects effectively and prioritize them according to dynamic deadlines.
Be fluent in English and Lithuanian.

Salary

Gross salary range is 2700–5000 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
