We Are Looking

We’re expanding our design team and looking for a Performance Graphic Designer who is passionate about creating high-converting digital ads and compelling visual content. If you love designing eye-catching ad creatives, short-form videos, and engaging visuals that drive results on platforms like Meta and Google – this role is for you.

Get Ready To

Design high-converting visual creatives, from static ads to short-form videos, across paid media channels (especially Meta).
Create short videos that drive results, including UGC-style content.
Ensure visual consistency across multiple brands, maintaining quality across various styles and formats.
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop and iterate on data-backed ideas.
Move fast, adapt quickly, and iterate based on what performs best.

We Expect You To

Be comfortable creating both short-form videos and static ad creatives using industry-standard tools: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Figma.
Understand what makes ads convert, especially for Meta.
Be confident working with short-form video formats, including user-generated content (UGC) style.
Have a curious, agile, and results-driven mindset.
Be open to using AI creative tools as part of your process.
Deliver fast turnarounds without compromising quality.
Be organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable across different brands and styles.
Own your work, from ideation to delivery, and manage your time and deadlines well.
Possess good communication skills and a strong command of English and Lithuanian.

Salary

Gross salary range is 1700–2800 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

We have an amazing office in the heart of Antakalnis, Vilnius, overlooking the Sapiegos Park, which offers spectacular views in every season.
