We’re looking for a skilled Google Ads Specialist to join our team and manage campaigns across multiple Fleming brands. You’ll oversee every stage of the advertising process - from strategy to execution - leveraging your expertise in ad formats, targeting, tracking, and attribution to drive performance. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited to work on high-budget, high-impact campaigns, we’d love to hear from you.

Get Ready To

Plan, launch, and manage advanced Google Ads campaigns aligned with business goals.
Optimize performance through keyword research, smart targeting, and A/B testing.
Analyze data in GA4 and attribution tools to refine strategies.
Collaborate with creative teams to test and iterate top-performing ads.
Stay on top of platform updates and advertising trends.
Report insights and results to senior stakeholders with clear recommendations.
Work primarily with brands in the D2C market.

We Expect You To

Have proven experience managing high-performing Google Ads campaigns.
Be proficient with Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively across teams.
Take initiative, stay performance-focused, and understand broader business goals.
Be fluent in both English and Lithuanian.

Salary

Gross salary range is 2800-5000 EUR/month.

We have an amazing office in the heart of Antakalnis, Vilnius, overlooking the Sapiegos Park, which offers spectacular views in every season.
