Full Stack Engineer (AI Agents)

Vilnius · Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day from home)

We Are Looking

At Fleming, we're on the lookout for an Software Engineer who's ready to dive into building the agentic systems that power our products. If you're a strong software engineer excited to bring good engineering practices into a fast-moving new space, then this is the role for you.

Not required, but a definite plus if you've built agents that go beyond a single prompt-response loop - think tool use, memory, or multi-step reasoning.

Get Ready To

  • Build Agentic Systems: Design and build agents that handle conversations, decisions, and workflows, using LLMs (Claude, OpenAI, Gemini) and modern agent frameworks.
  • Work with AI Every Day: Embrace our AI-first mindset and apply state-of-the-art models across product, ops, growth, content.
  • Architect Internal Platforms: Build reusable backend services and APIs that let different agent products share infrastructure and grow together.
  • Own the Full Journey: Take agents from early design through building, testing, launching, and improving them over time.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work directly with every team to integrate agents and AI into products and processes across the company.

We Expect You To

  • 2+ years of solid software engineering experience. Node.js and TypeScript preferred, but not strictly necessary.
  • Agent-building experience isn't required, but it’s a huge plus. If you've never touched an agent framework before, that's completely fine - what matters is that you're genuinely curious and ready to learn quickly once you're here.
  • Be comfortable picking up new concepts on the fly, since things like retrieval systems, vector databases, and prompt writing don't need to be second nature yet.
  • Be familiar with Git and general good engineering habits, like testing your work and setting up smooth ways to ship code.
  • Have strong problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and identify root causes of issues, whether in a traditional system or a brand-new agent workflow.
  • Be fluent in Lithuanian and English.
