In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing teams to develop engaging, data-driven email content that resonates with our audience and drives measurable results. Get Ready To

• Collaborate with marketing teams to craft impactful email campaigns.
• Write engaging, conversion-focused email copy that aligns with strategic goals.
• Set up, test, and optimize automated and manual email campaigns within Klaviyo or similar platforms.
• Conduct A/B testing to refine messaging, subject lines, and CTAs for maximum effectiveness.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for better engagement and conversions.
• Ensure brand consistency and a strong narrative across all email communications.

We Expect You To

• Have 2+ years of experience in email marketing or copywriting.
• Understand email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalization, and automation.
• Have experience working with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms, including campaign setup, automation flows, and audience segmentation.
• Be skilled in writing persuasive and engaging content that drives action.
• Have an analytical mindset and a results-driven approach.

Salary

Gross salary range is 2000–3500 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

We have an amazing office in the heart of Antakalnis, Vilnius, overlooking the Sapiegos Park, which offers spectacular views in every season.
