We Are Looking

We are looking for a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to strengthen our growing DevOps team.

In this role, you will play a key part in finalizing the company’s transition from an incubator-hosted environment to our own cloud infrastructure.

You will contribute to the continuous evolution of our platforms by taking on shared ownership and responsibility for their security, scalability, reliability.

Get Ready To

  • Design, implement and maintain our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ensure the reliability, scalability and security of our production environments.
  • Build tools and processes that help our teams ship faster and more reliably.
  • Troubleshoot and help to resolve application errors across our entire stack.
  • Set up alerts and logging to anticipate and prevent any operational issues.
  • Share your knowledge with other developers and be part of our community.

We Expect You To

  • Have MVP-focused coding skills in HTML, CSS, and JS.
  • Own various initiatives, from initial issue discovery to solution implementation.
  • Have experience working with AWS, especially services like EKS and RDS.
  • Be familiar with IaC, CI/CD, GitOps concepts and their associated tooling.
  • Effectively collaborate and support many of our cross-functional teams.
  • Be fluent in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.

Our Tech Stack (Current & Future)

  • Infrastructure: Cloudflare, AWS (EKS, RDS, SQS) w/ OpenTofu.
  • CI/CD, GitOps: GitLab; plans to add Argo CD/Argo Rollouts.
  • Alerts and Logging: DataDog, a bit of AWS Cloudwatch.


Salary

Gross salary range is 3500-5000 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
