We Are Looking

We are seeking a Data Engineer. You will be responsible for building robust, reliable data pipelines, implementing orchestration workflows, and ensuring data quality and consistency across the business. This is a hands-on role where we expect you to design, build, and maintain the foundations that analytics, reporting, and data-driven decisions rely on.

Get Ready To

Design, build, and maintain end-to-end data pipelines that ingest, transform, and deliver data efficiently.
Develop and maintain orchestration workflows to automate data movement, scheduling, and monitoring.
Ensure data quality, reliability, and lineage across all datasets.
Optimize ETL/ELT, making data accessible and analytics-ready.
Integrate data from multiple internal and external sources into unified, trusted datasets.
Continuously improve infrastructure, implementing automation, testing, and monitoring for scalable operations.
Lead technical decisions around data architecture, tools, and pipelines, guiding best practices across the team.

We Expect You To

Have strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale, production-ready datasets.
Be proficient in data pipeline development, orchestration, and ETL/ELT processes.
Have experience with data modeling, transformation, and integration across complex systems.
Be familiar with at least one scripting language (Python, Scala, or JavaScript).
Understand data quality, monitoring, and reliability best practices.
Be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to troubleshoot complex data issues independently.
Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members.
Be fluent in English and Lithuanian.

Salary

Gross salary range is 4000-6000 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
