• Provide customer support exclusively via email—no phone calls or live chats.

We Expect You To

• Have at least one year of work experience in customer service field. Experience in similar positions is an advantage.
• Be fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
• Have a passion for helping others and an eagerness to learn.
• Have strong communication skills and empathy, with the ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
• Be organized, with good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
• Have an interest in the health & wellness industry (this is a plus, but not required!).
• Be a proactive problem solver and take ownership of your work.
• Be creative and flexible—sometimes, thinking outside the box is key!Be fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.

Salary

Gross salary range is 1500-1900 EUR/month.

We have an amazing office in the heart of Antakalnis, Vilnius, overlooking the Sapiegos Park, which offers spectacular views in every season.
