Get Ready To

Provide customer support exclusively via email—no phone calls or live chats.
Work on flexible work schedule with evening and weekend shifts available.
Assist with routine customer cases and learn how to manage more complex issues over time.

We Expect You To

Have at least one year of work experience in customer service field. Experience in similar positions is an advantage.
Be fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.
Have a passion for helping others and an eagerness to learn.
Have strong communication skills and empathy, with the ability to stay calm in stressful situations.
Be organized, with good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Have an interest in the health & wellness industry (this is a plus, but not required!).
Be a proactive problem solver and take ownership of your work.
Be creative and flexible—sometimes, thinking outside the box is key!Be fluent in English and Lithuanian, both written and spoken.

Salary

Gross salary range is 1500-1900 EUR/month.
