We seek a creative and data-driven Creative Strategist to join our team. You’ll turn audience insights, trends, and performance data into creative ideas that help our products reach and engage more people.

Get ready to

Develop data-driven creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns.
Turn performance data, audience insights, and trends into new creative angles and testing ideas.
Write clear briefs for designers, video editors, animators, and other creatives.
Develop scripts and concepts for actors, creators, and UGC-style content.
Work closely with project managers, designers, and performance specialists.
Analyze ad performance and use insights to improve future creatives.
Research competitors, market trends, and target audiences.
Write performance-focused hooks, headlines, CTAs, and short-form copy.

We expect you to

Have an understanding of digital advertising and performance-driven creative.
Be confident using campaign data to make creative decisions.
Understand what makes social media ads engaging and effective.
Stay curious about trends in fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and social media.
Bring fresh ideas and be willing to continuously test and improve.
Communicate clearly, stay organized, and enjoy working with others.
Have good speaking skills in English and native in Lithuanian.

Salary

Gross salary range is 2400 - 3800 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience

We have an amazing office in the heart of Antakalnis, Vilnius, overlooking the Sapiegos Park, which offers spectacular views in every season.
