We’re looking for a UI/UX designer who cares deeply about distilling complex problems into thoughtful, beautiful, holistic experiences. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our web and app designs.

· Shape, maintain, and account for web and app design the best way you see fit.
· Use cutting-edge AI tools to increase productivity and velocity.
· Translate product metrics, user research, and data insights into meaningful design concepts, experiments, and solutions.
· Collaborate with a dynamic team, giving and receiving feedback for continuous professional growth and elevating the quality of our service.
· Enjoy creative freedom and flexibility in your day-to-day work.
· Have experience in graphic design, specifically for web and mobile platforms and apps.
· Proficiency in design tools: Figma, Adobe Photoshop, llustrator. Premiere Pro or After Effects is a bonus.
· Strong understanding of effective typography, composition, colour science, and current design trends.
· Ability to communicate and articulate design decisions effectively.
· Have good logical thinking, analyzing and problem-solving skills; ability to think creatively while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
· Familiarity with user research methods and usability testing to inform design decisions.
· Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing.
· Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first approach.
Gross salary range is 2450-4100 EUR/month.
