Get Ready To

• Develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance goals.
• Write briefs for graphic designers, video editors, animators, etc.
• Script writing for actors to advertise our products.
• Closely work with project managers and marketing team (designers, performance specialists, etc.).
• Think of visual brand execution.
• Work with video shootings.
• Analyze ads testing data and make decisions based on it.
• Analyze competitors’ ads.
• Constantly search for new ideas and market trends.
• Gather insights about target audiences.
• Copywriting (headlines, call-to-actions, short posts oriented to sales or other KPIs).

• Understand digital traffic and know what creative formats work best.
• Track key metrics, analyze ad performance, and make improvements based on insights.
• A creative powerhouse, full of fresh ideas and excited to experiment with fresh approaches.

Salary

Gross salary range is 1900–2500 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
