Get Ready To

Develop and execute innovative, data-driven creative concepts for digital advertising campaigns, ensuring alignment with performance goals.
Write briefs for graphic designers, video editors, animators, etc.
Script writing for actors to advertise our products.
Closely work with project managers and marketing team (designers, performance specialists, etc.).
Think of visual brand execution.
Work with video shootings.
Analyze ads testing data and make decisions based on it.
Analyze competitors’ ads.
Constantly search for new ideas and market trends.
Gather insights about target audiences.
Copywriting (headlines, call-to-actions, short posts oriented to sales or other KPIs).

We Expect You To

Understand digital traffic and know what creative formats work best.
Track key metrics, analyze ad performance, and make improvements based on insights.
A creative powerhouse, full of fresh ideas and excited to experiment with fresh approaches.
Tell clear, compelling stories and present key messages in a visually engaging way.
Native-level English fluency, with the ability to write persuasive, engaging content.

Salary

Gross salary range is 1900–2500 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.

We have an amazing office in the heart of Antakalnis, Vilnius, overlooking the Sapiegos Park, which offers spectacular views in every season.
