We Are Looking

We are looking for hands-on Localization Manager to help us bring our product and content to the world - in the right language, tone, and culture. You’ll own the localization process end-to-end, making sure our message lands right wherever it goes.

Get Ready To

Manage end-to-end localisation from translation to quality checks.
Collaborate with marketing, product, UX, content, and support teams to set priorities and deliver projects.
Manage external translators, vendors, and localisation platforms.
Ensure content is accurate, culturally relevant, and on-brand.
Track performance metrics and continuously improve workflows and processes.
Manage budgets and timelines effectively.
Stay current with localisation trends, AI tools, and best practices.

We Expect You To

Experience in localisation or translation project management.
Strong project management and organisational skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
Fluent in English and Lithuanian

Nice to have

Experience localising software, websites, or marketing materials.
Background in linguistics, translation, marketing, or related fields.
Experience with AI translation tools, workflow automation, and process improvement.

Salary

Gross salary range is 1700-2500 EUR/month. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
