We Are Looking

Someone curious, proactive, and capable. You should already have some solid legal experience under your belt and a good grasp of corporate, commercial, and compliance basics. You’ll take ownership of real legal work, while still having the chance to learn and get hands-on guidance along the way.


Get Ready To

  • Partner with the Head of Legal and take ownership of day-to-day legal matters across the business.
  • Advise internal teams on corporate, commercial, employment, GDPR, IP, IT and general compliance topics (depending on your experience - we don’t expect expertise in every area).
  • Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of agreements - from influencer and content creator contracts to NDAs, service and B2B agreements - in Lithuanian and English.
  • Support HR-related legal matters and provide practical guidance on employment topics.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare clear, business-oriented analyses.
  • Take full ownership of the company’s legal document management system - ensuring proper structuring, storage, accessibility and version control of all legal documentation.
  • Continuously improve internal legal processes and help build a scalable legal function.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with external legal advisors in Lithuania and internationally.


We Expect You To

  • Have 3+ years of legal experience (in-house or law firm), ideally in tech, digital, e-commerce or consumer-focused industries.
  • Possess a solid understanding of corporate and contract law; knowledge of IP, GDPR, consumer protection and labour law is a strong advantage.
  • Have strong computer literacy (Office 365), including the ability to use digital tools (e.g. AI) to enhance daily work efficiency.
  • Communicate fluently in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Take ownership of your work and feel comfortable working independently.
  • Be proactive, solution-oriented and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
  • Be structured, detail-oriented and able to translate legal complexity into practical adviceAsk questions, seek feedback and continuously look for ways to improve.

Salary

Gross salary range is 2500-4000 EUR/month.

*Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
