Influencer Marketing Manager

Vilnius · Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day from home)

We are looking:

A hands-on Influencer Manager to lead campaigns, mentor a small team, and maximize ROI across social platforms.

Get ready to:

  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
  • Create and track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Plan and execute influencer campaigns on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other mobile platforms.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage influencer budgets efficiently.
  • Track campaign KPIs including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
  • Build long-term relationships with influencers and creators.
  • Mentor team members and oversee campaign delivery end-to-end.

We expect you to:

  • Have proven experience in influencer marketing, especially mobile-first campaigns.
  • Be confident with budgets, performance metrics, and reporting.
  • Have leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Be proactive, organized, and results-focused.
  • Be a strong communicator and negotiator.
  • Have strong English and Lithuanian language skills.

Salary

Gross salary range is 2500 – 3500 EUR/month.

*Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
