Affiliate Manager

We are looking for:

A results-driven Affiliate Manager to launch, manage, and scale affiliate programs across all our products. You’ll own partner relationships, optimize performance, and drive measurable 

growth.

Get ready to:

• Launch affiliate programs for multiple digital products, ensuring smooth setup and clear tracking.
• Manage commission structures, track payouts, and ensure accurate, timely partner payments.
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to maximize conversions, revenue, and ROI.
• Identify, onboard new affiliates to expand program reach.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and performance teams to align campaigns with business goals.
• Analyze KPIs, generate actionable insights, and continuously improve program performance.

We expect you to:

• Have hands-on experience in kick-starting and managing affiliate programs, ideally in digital products, subscriptions, or e-commerce.
• Be comfortable with performance metrics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.
• Have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Be proactive, organized, and able to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Be results-oriented, with a mindset focused on growth, optimization, and measurable outcomes.
  

Salary:

Gross salary range is 2500 – 3500 EUR/month.

*Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
